Angelo V. Quaglino, Founder and Past President
Angelo created this company to forward his desire to bring excellence to his clients. Coming from a family which was in the construction industry, it is in his blood to create. His attention to detail goes back to his days in retail at Saks Fifth Avenue and as a fashion designer. He and his team of dedicated staff want you to know that your satisfaction is their top priority. Angelo has now passed his business to the next generation. He still has an interest in his creation's success. He most enjoys working with clients who see their landscape to be an important part of their space in life.
Brian Wheeler, General/Operations manager
Brian has worked in the industry for 5 years in his own endeavor before joining his uncle-in-law here at TQLC. Now he is charged with the roll of taking this firm into the future.

Nikki Pilie, has lived in Covington her entire life and her family has been a part of that community for over a century. Nikki is a wife and mother of one beautiful little girl, Breccan. Nikki's dedication to customer service is an important part of what we do in our organization. We could not do it all without her
Allesanda Griffitt, Payroll and Marketing
Allesanda, a wife and mother of four children is our marketing agent. She is from Covington, LA. but but has resided in the Dallas area for nearly a decade. Her four littles keep her quite busy. We are fortunate to have her on our team.
Key Field Team members
Israel Falcon
Israel is a Senior Team Leader. He has returned after a one year break. His young family is growing and he took time to be with them, but now he's back. He returns as our senior foreman, assisting in operations. His experience and attention to detail is second to none. As in previous years, clients are glad to see him.

Rufino Falcon
Rufino joined our team in 2022 and is a key asset on our horticulture service team. He is the father of one of our lead team members, Isreal Falcon. He has learned our process as well as any on the team. This year, 2025 Rufino has taken the first step to be a leader of a service team. His dedication to our process, shows that Rufino is dedicated and is a professional in all that he does in his role.
Aizar Lopez
Aizar has return from Guatemala to work with us this year. He is determined to learn English and is very dedicated to his work and our process. He enjoyed his time here so much, he asked if we could bring some of his family, so this year three of his cousins will join our team,. Aizar is a tremendous asset to us and is future team leader.
