Angelo V. Quaglino, Founder and President
Angelo founded this company to pursue his passion for delivering excellence to his clients. Coming from a family rooted in the construction industry, creating and building are in his DNA. His keen attention to detail was refined during his time at Saks Fifth Avenue and through his work as a fashion designer.
Today, Angelo and his dedicated team are committed to making client satisfaction their top priority. Now based in the Dallas, TX market, he continues to expand his reach and bring creative vision to each project. He especially enjoys working with clients who value their landscape as an integral part of their living environment.
John Eblen, Registered Landscape Architect
A licensed landscape architect with over 30 years of experience in Louisiana, across the United States, and in the Caribbean, John brings extensive knowledge and expertise to every project. He is dedicated to guiding clients from concept to completion, ensuring their vision is thoughtfully realized.

Nikki Pilie, Office Manager & Accounting Manager
Nikki Pilie has been a lifelong resident of Covington, with family roots in the community spanning over a century. She is a devoted wife and mother to her daughter, Breccan. Nikki’s commitment to exceptional customer service plays a vital role in our organization and the experience we provide to our clients.
Allesanda Griffitt, Payroll and Marketing
Allesanda, a mother of four, serves as both our payroll coordinator and marketing agent. Originally from Covington, LA, she has lived in the Dallas area for nearly a decade. Her four children keep her wonderfully busy, and we feel fortunate to have her as part of our team.
Key Field Team members
Josue Rodrigues
Josue is a Senior Team Leader. He has returned after a two year break. His young family is growing and he took time to be with them, but now he's back. He returns as our senior foreman, assisting in operations. His experience and attention to detail is second to none. As in previous years, clients are glad to see him.
Rufino Falcon
Rufino joined our team in 2022 and is a key asset on our horticulture service team. He is the father of one of our lead team members, Isreal Falcon. He has learned our process as well as any on the team. This year, 2024 Rufino continues to be a valuable asset to our horticultural service team. With his dedication to our process, Rufino is professional in all that he does in his role.
Marco Rodrigues
Marco joined our team four years ago. It was his first time in America. He has a great family back in Mexico that misses him dearly. Marco's continued hard work and dedication to his team is exemplary. He is gaining much experience. He is valued on both the landscape group as well as the horticulture service group. We are glad that he is back this year.
